The final show of the year will be a unique and impressive historical exhibition, featuring a selection of Robert Lougheed works. The collection embodies the genius of Lougheed throughout his career, including early sketches, refined drawings, watercolors and oil paintings. Each piece was selected with the remarkable perspective of Lougheed’s dear friend, David Smith, humble art connoisseur and private patron. Smith and Lougheed shared a keen understanding and an insatiable curiosity and passion for art. Individually, each piece reveals much about Lougheed’s personal artistic pursuit for excellence. Collectively, the exhibition reveals his singular success.
